Hey guys!! 👋 Today I’m taking you along with me through my ENTIRE workout! I am using the cards today, doing a gotch bible - inspired workout. 💪 I show you each card I pull & take you through each movement i attached to that card. ☺️ Remember - cards are a great tool to use when you need to get a quick, packed workout in! Do not depend on the cards if you want to workout certain muscle groups that day. You never know what cards you’re gonna pull! 🃏 Below is the template I used for cards today! Enjoy!
