Missing source frames were created, all images repaired, processed and graded for smooth interpolation and realistic color. Himawari-8 is a geostationary satellite operated by the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA). It is used to provide continuous, high-resolution observations of the Earth&weather and climate. The Japan Meteorological Association ( JMA ) is the national meteorological service for Japan. It is responsible for providing weather forecasts and warnings for the country, as well as conducting research on weather and climate. Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency ( JAXA ) is the Japanese national aerospace agency.
