Radio Teos in Russian from the Far East Broadcasting Company in the Philippines on two small radios: the Tecsun R-909 vs the XHDATA D-219. The signal is on 9920 kHz, comes from a 100 kW transmitter in Bocaue, aimed at Russia. Received in Johannesburg, South Africa, with a 3 metre, 10 feet wire.
