This is a TAS (tool assisted speedrun)! Imagine being able to go back in time and play in super slow motion to do every shortcut perfectly... that&basically what this is. This is mostly a demonstration of new shortcuts and showing a theoretical lowest time we could get. Who would&guessed that better corner cutting and minor route improvements could save 6 seconds??
