Episode 42 1997 Created in 1956 by czech animator Zdeněk Miler, The Little Mole (Krtek, Krteček) draws from a strong Disney influence using an animal as the lead character. Miler decided on a mole after tripping over a mole hill. Since its first appearance, Miler&creation remains to this day a most beloved cartoon in its native Prague, and around the world.
