If you want a quick sweat then join me for a Tabata workout. This is a 4-minute Tabata timer with 20 seconds of intense exercise and then 10 seconds of resting. Tabata or high-intensity interval training (HIIT) are some of the best workouts you can do. I feel it is really important to get that heart rate up a few times a week to promote a long-lasting life.
