Supra Vandal is a gun that&SOOOO BUSTED !!! Imagine when you hit scan using your SUPRA VANDAL and the enemies in front of you got deleted in 1 / few sec , which is insane , and you don&even need riven honestly , just go with nourish corrosive cold/heat , and you are ready anyway if you want to play this weapon , you have to look up the best buff frame or maybe subsume NOURISH and equip the ARCANE AVENGER on your warframe arcane slot Go with cc mod on this weapon is highly not recommend , the moment when you make it cc viable , I can go with more dmg + arcane avenger setup which is better dps overall , if you can&believe me , like I said before , you can use my build and test it yourself , to see I am spreading misinformation or not.
