She was born as Ina Christine Wroldsen in Norway. She first started a career as a recording artist in the early 2000s but soon became a very successful songwriter - she penned songs for other artists like The Saturdays, Zara Larsson, Jess Glynne, Clean Bandit, Demi Lovato, Britney Spears and many more. Later she formed a duo with Icelandic producer Arnþór Birgisson called "Ask Embla". Together they released the album "Northern Lights" in 2013. In 2015 her song "How Deep Is Your Love" was released by Calvin Harris & Disciples but her name was left off the title because the artists felt it would sell better that way. Ina stated that she had the choice to either accept it or get replaced by a famous singer like Rihanna. "How Deep Is Your Love" reached in Australia and Belgium and scored Top Ten in Germany, UK and Norway among other countries. It was certified multiple platinum in Australia (4x), Italy (3x) and New Zealand (2x) as well as Platinum in Germany, UK, Sweden, Belgium and the USA. Ina started to release more songs for herself and was especially successful in Norway, her homecountry. Together with Jax Jones she released the single "Breathe" in 2017 and reached Top Ten in the UK, Ireland and Belgium. In 2018 she released the EP "Hex".
