i5 4690K vs i5 6400 - Huge Difference? - Tested with RTX 3070 #fps #benchmark

In todays video, I&benchmarking the Intel Core i5 4690k vs the Intel Core i5 6400. Both CPU&have 4 cores and 4 threads, but the i5 4690k has a turbo frequency of 3.90GHz and the i5 6400 has 3.30GHz, so by these specs, the i5 4690k would win, but the i5 4690k is made in 2014 and works with DDR3 and the i5 6400 is made in 2015 and is made with DDR4, so with those specs you would think the i5 6400 is better.
