India floods: Annual monsoon rains cause heavy flooding in parts of northern region

Annual heavy monsoon rains flooded parts of northern India on Sunday, causing landslides that blocked roads. "The situation is very bad. It has been raining heavily for the past 12-14 hours in Kullu and Mandi districts," said local resident Raghav Chauhan. "[The] condition is very bad.
