Water Lock (OCD) - World of Goo Walkthrough

In order to get OCD in this level you need to collect all 44 Goo balls. Use the Spike Goo to connect the the Goo structure to the inside of the ball in the middle of the circular, finger-like thing. When the finger thing rotates around 180 degrees so that the Goo structure is at the bottom detach it so that it shoots up out of the water and toward the pipe. If it gets close enough to the pipe then some of the Black Goo will get sucked in. Keep doing this until you collect all of the Black Goo in the level. グーの惑星の攻略 - ウォーターロックのレコード方法
