feeling stiff or don&want to risk feeling stiff? ♥︎ if you train your muscles, you should also take some minutes to stretch them! / Werbung I love to do it as a cool down after my workout! Those couple of extra minutes are really worth it - I promise :) you don&only calm down your entire body and mind, but you also prevent injuries, make sure your body will recover quicker & stay smooth and flexible. This 8min Routine helps to to stretch your hamstrings, thighs, hip flexors and your beautiful booty. You can do this: - if you feel sore, the day after an intense Leg Day - on a daily basis - at the end of your workout session, to relax and cool down - to wake up in the morning, or - before you go to bed I learned to love stretching sooooo much! I didn&stretch regularly about a year ago. This also impacted by training, since my muscles were feeling stiff and sore for longer, I started getting pain in my knees, etc. Now, I really look forward to a short stretch after a session.
