Fix Could not complete your request because of a program error photoshop windows 7/8/10

Today i get the following one error notification while i try to open the new project on my photoshop cs6 : Adobe Photoshop Could not complete your request because of a program error. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This method common for all windows platforms,like windows 7,windows 8 and windows 10. Also works in photoshop cc,photoshop cs2,photoshop 7.0,and 2015,2016,2017,2018,2019 and upcoming 2022 updates.
