Bosch GBH 8-45 D rotary hammer restoration, failed needle bearing and loose motor fan.

This is actually a very basic repair. The needle bearing has failed and caused the rotor to move around inside the motor. Damaging the fan and air deflector. Normaly, in a repair like this, I would strip the whole machine down and clean everything out before installing a service kit also and rebuilding it. But, the motor is worn and the gears are also worn, meaning to fix this right, you would have to replace the motor also at a extra cost of 300 euro. When you cannot fix it right, fix it as cheap as possible. This leaves the customer with a machine they can still use instead of buying new. #toolrestoration
