EGR valve removal and cleaning in Mercedes W221 S350 CDI / OM642 Diesel Engine

EGR valve is elusively accessible in W221 S350 CDI but very difficult to remove it. However, with the right tools and enough patience you can get it loose and make it very clean! In this DIY video, I show how it is removed. If you have rough idle and cold start issues this is one of the parts you should be looking at.
