An Interval Timer with 40 seconds Active and 15 seconds Rest, repeated for 8 rounds. The total interval timer workout duration is 7 min 20 sec. A female voice reads the next interval 5 seconds in advance to give you time to prepare for the next interval. The voice also counts down 3 seconds before every interval. A Bell indicates the start of a new interval. The Interval timer included 3 seconds preparation in the beginning. In the top section of the interval timer you can see the Elapsed Time, laps (rounds done), time left and the upcoming 2 intervals. The current interval and the interval countdown are shown in bold in the middle. An Interval Timer is required to keep the accurate timing required in a HIIT workout.
