As you requested, here is an ARMS workout to TONE YOUR ARMS ♡ This is a 2 WEEKS challenge for you to see results if you are consistent by doing it 3-5 times per week. This workout is BEGINNER FRIENDLY, standing for 7 min without breaks to really feel the burn and work on your arms&endurance. This arm workout is no equipment, but you can increase the intensity of it by adding 2 lbs dumbbells or wrist weights!!! You can start with these and if you can&hold your arms up anymore, simply drop the weights and keep going without them. If your goal is to tone your arms and lose arm fat, it is important to complement this workout with some of my Upper Body workouts and HIIT Cardio Workouts! Ideally, you want to be working out for 30 -45 minutes, 3-5 times a week!
