after a long time, i finished editing this video. i made this version based on the comments of the first video i edited, i added breaks, the video has no music and i also put which leg is being "used". i had to loop and slow down some parts of the video so yes, it’s noticeable (the reps for the first exercises were 15) thanks for all the comments y’all make me so happy ??? i’m not daisy keech, i only edited her video adding breaks and a timer. i’m not a professional so i would not be able to answer some of your question. if you are looking for some tips, this is what it worked for me • let the muscle and body rest, do not over work. working your glutes 2 times a week it’s completely okay • if you are a beginner you can start doing the workout without weights, then you can start using a resistance band and later start with some weight. with the time you can increase the weight
