In this video I walk you through replacing the drive belt on a Husqvarna HU700H lawn mower. This model has large rear wheels, rear wheel drive, and a Honda engine. I&been very happy with it over the past 5 years or so, but the transmission is beginning to slip and the only clutch in these units is the belt itself. The only tools you need to do this procedure is a socket set. IMPORTANT - Make sure you unplug the spark plug wire before you do any work on a lawn mower that involved getting anything near the blade! If you are looking for belts for Husqvarna mowers, Amazon has a bunch: This is my first attempt at "how-to" type content. Please let me know in the comments if you like this kind of video, or if you have any suggestions how I can improve it. Filming was tricky because I&never done the procedure before and it is very poorly documented so I had to figure it out as I went, and still try to present it as a how-to, not a w-t-f-to! Note: I am not sponsored by Husqvarna, I bought this mower with my own money and simply like it. === Chapters === 00:00 Intro 00:35 Disconnect Spark Plug 01:07 Remove Lawnmower Blade 01:41 Remove Rear Wheels 02:30 Remove Plastic Baffles 04:56 Remove Old Belt 05:40 Install New Belt 06:50 Reinstall Plastic Baffles 08:14 Reinstall Rear Wheels 08:34 Reinstall Lawnmower Blade 09:01 Test the Mower 09:41 All Done
