2004 Chrysler Sebring No Bus message in cluster testing

04 sebring with no bus message in cluster, car starts runs and drives fine, just no cluster operation. you cn perform a self test of the cluster by having the key off in the lock position and press and holf the trip meter button while turning the key to unlock postion ( not full on) and then release the trip meter button and cluster will self test. Pin 2 of the dlc is the pci bus and I show what good bus data is for pci. 0-7.75 volts Square wave. in this case the pcm had codes for no com with every module on the pci bus, The bcm is the "gateway module " on this vehicle and is what I suspect is wrong, waiting for call back to see if they want to spend more $$ to finish diag testing.
