You have to first identify the ground wire and the signal wire on your O2 (lambda) sensor. For Matiz, the O2 sensor has 4 wires: two are for giving signal to the ECU (ground and signal) and the other two are for heating the sensor. The sensor only gives readings when it reaches 700-800 Celsius degrees so it must get heated properly for it to to work. With the O2 sensor off your engine connect the multimeter pins to the signal wires of your O2 sensor. Set the multimeter to voltage reading (20 range or 2000m). Use a torch to heat the tip of the sensor until it gets red. Once it&red you should observe a voltage reading on the multimeter between 0.01 and 1.00 Volts. When it&heated properly and the torch is on the tip the voltage should increase near 1.00 (0.8 - 0.9) - that means it works normally and doesn&detect any oxygen in the air (the torch burns out all the oxygen around the tip). When you remove the torch from the tip the voltage reading should go down close to 0 (that indicates...
