BOSS GT 1000 - Part 1: Demo and Review

This is the Part 1, of my videos dedicated to the GT 1000. The BOSS GT 1000 is an Amp Modeller, Audio Interface and Effect Unit. AMP MODELLER: It features the Boss new modeling technology, called A.I.R.D. (Augmented Impulse Response Dynamics). Basically, there’s a conversation between the tubes, pre-amp, power amp and your guitar, and each element is responsible for certain dynamics that only valve amps can really get right: the AIRD technology aims to preserve this "conversation", responding with your amp and playing dynamics. AUDIO INTERFACE: The GT 1000 is also an Audio Interface with 6 inputs and 6 outputs, with 32-bit AD/DA, 32-bit floating-point processing, and 96 kHz sampling rate: I will detail later on in the video the audio interface characteristics. EFFECT UNIT: The GT 1000 contains 116 effects basically all of the Boss pedals in a much cheaper option, considering that it includes not only the classics, such as the DS-1, SD-1 & BD-2, but also the algorithms for the new Boss RV-500, MD-500 & DD-500 pedals...and this is actually the main selling point for me...hope you enjoy the video!
