The Murder of Charles Boone

PLEASE SHARE: UNSOLVED: The Murder of Charles Boone At approx. 8am on the rainy morning of Saturday March 14th 1981 Secretary Wanda Davidson arrived for work at the offices of Boone-Meadows & Associates at 355 Bluefield Ave. in Bluefield, West Virginia. She was surprised to find the door to the main foyer unlocked, especially since Boone-Meadows shared space with the building&primary occupant, the Commercial Bank of Bluefield. She took the elevator to the 3rd floor and was met with a horrible sight. Lying face-up a few feet from the elevator was the lifeless body of Charles Edwin Boone. He had been throttled to death by his own sports coat. Davidson immediately called the police whose headquarters was located less than 1/2 mile away. Sadly, Charles Boone&death would soon become embroiled in an unfortunate mixture of local politics and public criticism. 41 years later the identity of Charles Boone&killer remains a mystery and his surviving family continue their search for answers....
