h0ffman DJ set with laser visuals by Polynomial - NOVA Demoparty 2020

This was a lot of fun to make. Everything you see here is custom content and was manually synced by hand. The timeline contained around 4150 events by the time I was done and it took around 20 hours of sync work in total - due to the music being having a lot of variation and small details there was almost no room for copying and pasting to speed up the process. I finished it at 10am on Friday after an all-nighter, got a little under four hours sleep, then got up to help run the party. Exhausting but worth every minute. The software I used is Pangolin BEYOND Essentials. The lasers are a Kvant Clubmax 2000 and 520laser Club 2000, controlled by a pair of Pangolin FB3 ILDA controllers. The fogger was an Equinox Vapour 1000. The video was recorded using a slightly broken Logitech C920 webcam with a horizontal line of dead pixels, which I had to cut out of the footage, hence the little visual discontinuity. --- This got a lot more attention than I expected, and a lot of people have asked questions about reusing this video for various things, so here are my general answers: - NO DERIVATIVE WORKS. This means you can&just upload this video or parts of it to YouTube with your own music over the top. YouTube will copyright-strike you for it if you try.
