Press and hold the "FN" key on your keyboard, then "Shift" then "End" or just "Shift" and "F10" When in CMD during the install enter "Diskpart" then enter "select vdisk file=D:VHDWindows.vhd" (Or C:VHDWindows.vhd if you have only 1 partition) then "attach vdisk".
