Liebherr Ice Maker Replacement

My Liebherr fridge&Ice Maker is broken, and it creates big chunk of ice melted in the ice bucket. My fridge model is HC1001-HC1050. The ice tray is broken, and I tried to glue the broken tray together but it does not work -- probably due to water level which I cannot have much control. I followed this video made by Chris to disassemble the ice maker unit from the fridge, and it also provides the trick to disassemble the motor unit. Then the comment Colin let me to purchase the replacement unit, but it does not contain the motor, control board, nor the front panel. So I have to reuse the functional parts. Do be aware that there is a hidden screw behind the front panel in order to take it off. And there are two click lock parts on the chassis with front panel. I cut the old chassis in order to take it off.
