Little kitties decide to fly a kite. The kite is stuck in the tree and nobody could get the kite down. Kate becomes so upset that cries a whole lake. The mysterious stranger recommends children to calm down and try to solve the problem. Two small kitties named Kit and Kate love their toy box. As soon as they hop inside, magic starts to happen.
