How to Adjust Clutch on a KTM 50SX or KTM 50 Mini - 2013 onwards. 1. Drain clutch oil (No need if you lay bike on its side) 2. Remove clutch cover (4 bolts) 3. Locate 8mm heads by moving basket 4. Wind ALL 3 8mm heads anti clockwise until they stop. Count clicks, they should all be the same amount. 5. Wind heads clockwise until desired setting. Make sure all heads at set same. 6. Re install clutch cover 7. Add clutch oil if required. Stock setting is 9 clicks, You can adjust 1 to 17.
