2011 - 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 radiator replacement

Today we are working on a wk2 Jeep Grand Cherokee Replacing a Radiator. More specifically on a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.6L V6 model with out removing the ac condenser, lines or bumper. Here&a DIY write up. 1.Disconnect the negative battery cable at battery. 2.Drain coolant from radiator. 3.Disconect from box and throttle body the air intake assembl. 4.Remove the upper radiator crossmember. 5.Disconnect the upper radiator hose. 6.Disconnect the overflow hose from radiator. 7.Remove the cooling fan assembly. 8.Remove the lower radiator hose from the water pump. 9.The lower part of the radiator is equipped with two alignment dowel pins and fit into rubber grommets. These rubber grommets are pressed onto the radiator. 10.Gently lift up and remove radiator from vehicle. Be careful not to scrape the radiator fins against any other component when installing a new one. 12.Swap everything over from the old radiator on to the new one. Rubber bushings, hoses, clips and etc. will vary from model to model. 13. Do everything in reverse to insall the radiator back in its place.
