easiest way to replace Polar FT1 Heart monitor battery

This is the easiest way to replace the battery in the Polar heart monitor. The model number is Polar FT1. I love my Polar as it is a way to make sure my heart rate does not increase too high when exercising. I can also wear it at night to see what my heart was doing. The little Oria tool kit is very low cost but good quality and the compartments keep everything organized. I need all the help I can get in that area. I have used it to repair several small electronic items so far so the kit has paid for itself many items over.
