Ingredients for rice pudding (khir or Kheer): - milk, 2 liter (whole milk) - rice, 1 cup - sugar (4 tbs or to taste) - ghee (2-4 tbs) - garam masala (cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves...) - nuts and dry fruits (cashew nuts, peanuts, raisin, coconut, dates...)
