[How To] Load Popstarter PSX Games With OPL PS2 Tutorial 2016

Today&tutorial was per subscriber request. I will show you how to use OPL and list your PSX games from popstarter and play them! The reason why this is cool is you can use OPL to manage both your PS2 and PS1 game collection! Tip: Make sure in OPL settings that USB (or HDD/ETH) is set to AUTO. APPS and ELF Loader Menu needs to be set to AUTO too!
