The ED3 in Kimagure Orange Road is not as simple as you think!

The 3rd ED of Kimagure Orange Road is the polar opposite of the very dynamic 3rd OP. I did not pay much attention previously thinking it is just a jigsaw puzzle of Madoka&portrait. But recently, I realized when watching it again that it has a little secret. If it was a jigsaw puzzle, the lines are no where to be seen. Computers in 1987 were still using floppy disks. They are not powerful enough to produce the jigsaw effect. What looks like a jigsaw puzzle was actually a picture with pieces cut off one by one and filmed in reverse. Even then, it is quite difficult to keep the left over pieces in their place. If you watch it carefully, the leftover pieces are all connects to the edge of the frame. I reversed the ED3 video and cropped it to 16:9 to make it looks bigger so you can see the details. #きまぐれオレンジロード
