casio 3198 world time missing and 4 clock setting off? (please help)

Sincence i came from a different country and travelled here going back to work. I&now having trouble on my Casio Illuminator. the settings are messed up. the normal function i used to enjoy so much especially for my work is now missing? i seek help and assistance. Many thanks for those who&save my watch. (in this time of the year, time is everything) keep safe.and be healthy 😇
