Mozart: Symphony No. 33 in B-Flat, K. 319 Boston Symphony Orchestra conducted by Serge Koussevitzky Recorded on August 15, 1946, in the Theatre-Concert Hall, Tanglewood, Lenox, Massachusetts, on RCA Victor 78-rpm matrices D6-RC-5774 through D6-RC-5778. Issued in July, 1950, simultaneously on 78-rpm and 45-rpm, the former as set DM-1369 (records 12-1134 through 12-1136), the latter as set WDM-1369 (records 49-1011 through 49-1013). There does not appear to have been an LP issue. The source of my transfer is the 45-rpm set. The Symphony takes five sides; the filler is the Overture to Mozart&opera "Idomeneo" which has been uploaded separately. Mozart&Symphony No. 33 is in four movements: 1. Allegro assai 2. Andante moderato (at 6:38) 3. Menuetto (at 13:25) 4. Allegro assai (at 15:52)
