L-Connect 3 CPU usage fix

If you use the Lian Li L Connect  software you maybe unaware of this issue but if you check your task manager and look at processes, it runs a program called L connect system, which can take a huge amounts of CPU processing power at a very high power usage. Here’s a simple fix for that. REVERT TO VERSION 1.3.16 IF YOU WANT TO DO THINGS THIS WAY.
