Slide Copying with Nikon ES-1 35mm Slide Copying Adapter

Slide Copying with Nikon ES-1 Slide Copying Adapter, Nikon D810 DSLR and Nikon 60 mm f/2.8 Macro Lens. This video shows how to digitise your 35mm slides with a full frame (35mm) DSLR. It then shows how to use Lightroom in post-production of the images. I also compare the results to a flatbed scanner. I use a Nikon D810 in this vieo, but you could also use a D600, D610, D750 or D800. For DX cameras you need a slightly different setup. This setup is kept simple with no woodwork, metalwork or equipment modifications. It allows for rapid capture of lots of slides, and is far faster than a flatbed scanner. The only methods that might be superior are a Nikon Coolscan or a drum scanner. If you have thousands of slides to copy, I&recommend another method though, like the ones that use modified slide projectors. Enjoy.
