#kpopfitness Make sure to always warm up before doing any kind of workout and stretch well to cool down after. Make sure to drink water and rest when needed. If at any point you feel dizzy or sick, STOP, rest and then try continuing the video. You can do this workout daily, 3-4 times or pair with other videos! Make sure to also have 1-2 rest days where you don&workout! You can use those days to stretch your muscles, especially your calves if you want long, lean and not bulky muscles. This workout burns approximately 80-120 calories. The number is not exact because it greatly depends on your weight, age and the intensity you workout at; the heavier you are, the more you&burn and the harder you work, the higher your calorie burn will be. So make sure that you&giving it your all and pushing yourself as hard as you can to burn a ton of calories. This is only a compilation of existing dance workouts, created by wonderful youtubers.
