Rode NT2000 vs Shure KSM44

The Rode NT2000 is a reasonably priced dual large diaphragm multipattern condenser mic. Unlike the more common 3 pattern mics, it offers continuously variable patterns from omni to bidirectional. Here I&comparing my NT2000 to the much more expensive Shure KSM44. The audio in this clip was captured through an RME UFX interface and level matched using a 1 khz test tone before being exported from REAPER. Then I used Edius to switch back and forth from one microphone to the other.
