2003 Liana Suzuki 1.6 aux belt fix replacement pre inspection.

This is pre replacement just the show all the parts etc The Liana is not an autotensioner like on other models, you have to manually adjust the tension by undoing the 2 12mm bolts (one is a pivot bolt, the other a nut to hold in place) and then placing a 10mm allen key into the centre and turning anticlockwise you can then tighten the bolts at the desired tension. I¬ sure if you can fit the allen key in from the bottom, in the process of exploration i removed the air box and engine mount and then jacked up the engine so that i had better access to it. While it was possible to get a 12mm spanner in to undo the nuts from the bottom I wasn&sure what to do at the time hence jacking it. All in all now that I know what i&doing I could do it again in about 30 minutes
