If this video helped you in anyway, feel free to leave a tip. This is a tutorial video for the removal of the radiator on the Porsche Cayenne S. The car in the video is a 2004 Porsche Cayenne S but it SHOULD be the same for 2002-2010 Porsche Cayenne, Cayenne S, Cayenne Turbo, Cayenne Turbo S. There is not much reason to remove the radiator unless it is broken or something but this tutorial should help with all the steps needed to take the piece off as a whole. If you cannot access certain things, taking off the bumper and all the plastics and radiator support is pretty easy. If you consistent you can get it all done in a day. Here is a bumper removal tutorial ------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------ Some issues I have encountered: -The lower fan plug was really hard to take off so I just broke all the plastics around the plug clip to remove it. (I did not need that side of the plug so I didn&care about breaking it) -Radiator hoses and the A/C hoses were pretty hard to take off after the bolts and fasteners were removed. You just have to grab tightly and shake in all direction roughly and it should come loose. Using tools might damage the hose if you plan on reusing it. -Leaking oil lines. I just put plastic zip lock bags over the lines to keep it from leaking everywhere.
