Decided at the outset that I wanted to push this session and do better than my last effort at the same routine. The plan was 4 reps a minute, so one every 15 seconds. Happy to say I stuck with the plan and finished the session under 25 minutes. Really wanted to stop and take a break at 80, but I pushed. Ignored the weakness and dove in deeper. Very happy I did. Previous time for this routine was 30 minutes. 5 minutes off is awesome. Many thanks to you all for the support. I appreciate you all! #navysealburpees
