Fix FACEIT Anti-Cheat after installing Windows 10 Creators Update

**UPDATE 05/2019** Many of you guys are using Windows 7, the support for Windows 7 will end soon and you will not get any important updates but Faceit needs the important Updates. The only thing you can do if you have a offical Windows License is to upgrade to Windows 10, not many people know you can do this actually for free if you have a valid license for Windows 7.
