We start with a Serbian classic- one of the Serbia&national dishes- the pljeskavica. Often called the Serbian hamburger it is a minced meat patty that&commonly served between lepinja (a flatbread) and toppings of your choice. We eat at an old school favourite in Belgrade- a place known for doing one thing and doing it well.
