Monterosso al Mare - Best of Cinque Terre Walking Tour 4K

Greetings from Monterosso! Monterosso al Mare is the last and the largest fishermen village of 5 Terre National Park. Accessible by car, the village consists of two distinct parts: the old village and the modern village (Fegina), connected by a tunnel that burrows beneath the San Cristoforo promontory. With its sweet-smelling lemon trees, olive groves and terraced vineyards, in 1948 Monterosso was almost excluded from the Cinque Terre Trail because it was “too large to be included”; the following year, it was deservedly reintroduced and nowadays it is the most resorty village of the group.
