Adobe Photoshop CS6 Tutorial: Hair Fix! Stray Hairs and Flyaway hairs.

IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!!! So it seems like I miss a step on the tutorial! I&so sorry for the confusion it may have caused. Here is the FIX: After I applied the dust and scratches filter to the background copy layer, I added a mask to the layer and I inverted the mask so it was all black. Then I used the rectangular marquee tool to make a square on the black mask, somewhere in the background of the image that is hidden by the black mask, and I inverted the color inside only that little box using Command/Control + I. What you should have now is a mask that is completely black with one little box of white. Make sure you deselect your selection by pressing Command/Control + D. Next you&want to activate the layer itself by clicking off the mask of the Background Copy layer and onto the little thumbnail picture itself (you&know when this has been done because the picture thumbnail will now have the four brackets around it and the mask won't). Then you&go up to your filter menu and choose Filter-Noise-Add Noise. Play around with the amount of noise you want to use by looking at your image where the little box is that you made white on the almost all black mask that is hiding the top layer. Once you&found the appropriate level of noise (that matches your original image/background layer), it&time to get rid of the box.
