OBD 2 Security Gateway Bypass Module Installation on a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT WK2 or Dodge Durango

What&up Mopar fam! Today on this episode we’ll be installing a security Gateway Bypass Module on a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT with YA Mopar bro @fred_eazy21! What&up Everyone installing a security Gateway Bypass Module so easy, you can even do it on a cold winter day! Unlocked PCM’s and Security By-pass modules are required for tuning for the 2015-2021 DODGE-CHRYSLER- JEEP Vehicles Alright so the Tools of the trade for today are: A flat head screwdriver to remove the plastic clips under the dash to access the security bypass module. Zip tie to secure the security bypass module. 1) First thing to do is to install the security bypass module. The plugs for the security gateway module for the 2019 Jeep grand Cherokee is located under the passenger side dash, top left tucked up into the console. Using a flathead screwdriver or something similar remove the plastic retaining clips holding the cover under the dash. For track hawks they are located under the driver side dash. 2) Now let&Pull away the carpet dash cover to reveal the plugs going into the security gateway module. 3) Next Unclip both plugs and plug them into our provided security bypass module. 4) After that let&get a zip tie and secure the plugs into the security bypass module. 5) Now tuck the security bypass module up into the console and re-installed the carpet cover. 6) Next lets get out our tuner and plug it into the OBD2 plug under the driver side dash and have it read the OEM information from the...
