Blocked Drain 66 (Removing concrete slurry)

Blocked Storm Water. The water was slowly flowing to the rear storm water pit after the work I did. I did follow up with the customer just over a week later to see if she contacted one of the companies I recommended. She was really happy with the work I did and that I was able to supply her with accurate information where her storm water drain was running. The feed back I got from the company is now her storm water is flowing better and everything I told the customer was correct. They had a bigger jetter and spent quite some time breaking down and removing even more slurry and larger pieces. I might not of been able to get the last bit of slurry but I&extremely happy to hear after 4 years and multiply plumbers I was the plumber that told her the truth where her storm water was going and showed her what was blocking the pipe.
