Tighten guide pulley nut Tightening torque: 45 Nm Ensure camshaft sprocket locking tool located correctly Ensure high-pressure fuel pump sprocket aligning tool located correctly Fit timing belt loosely to sprockets, guide pulley and tensioner pulley. Install:Crankshaft position (CKP) sensor reluctor Crankshaft pulley bolt Tighten bolt finger tight.Fit crankshaft aligning tool .Fit timing belt in anti-clockwise direction, starting at crankshaft sprocket. •Turn tensioner pulley anti-clockwise until pointer aligned in window Use Allen key.Tighten tensioner pulley bolt Tightening torque: 30 Nm .Remove:Crankshaft aligning tool High-pressure fuel pump sprocket aligning tool .Camshaft sprocket locking tool .Fit timing belt guide .Turn crankshaft two turns clockwise to setting position. •Ensure camshaft sprocket timing hole at 2 o&position Fit crankshaft aligning tool .Ensure high-pressure fuel pump sprocket aligning tool can be inserted .Ensure camshaft sprocket locking tool can be inserted If locking tool cannot be inserted: Repeat installation procedure. •Remove:Crankshaft aligning tool .Camshaft sprocket locking tool .High-pressure fuel pump sprocket aligning tool .Crankshaft pulley bolt Fit Timing belt lower cover -Crankshaft pulley .Hold crankshaft pulley.
