Matt&Mazda GTR is simply one-of-a-kind. The focus of this build has been to modernise the engine package of the legendary rally bred vehicle, whilst keeping an original look. Modifications include: PBMS Built engine CP 9.0:1 Pistons Eagle Con-rods ARP Head and main studs Balanced rotating assembly Upgraded oil pump Auckland Camshafts custom grind Solid lifter conversion Heavy duty valve springs PBMS stage 2 port and polish (Cylinder head) Garrett GTX2867R Gen II Link ECU G3 w/G4 software upgrade Supporting modifications as required. The result is a responsive 227kw (305hp) on 22psi, which makes for one rapid, yet ride drivable ride.
